Growing up in Juárez, Mexico as the son of two self-made and well known restaurant owners, Pedro Ramos is no stranger to the quick food service business. For decades, Pedro helped his parents run the family owned and operated Barbacoa Los Cuatro Vientos. As news began to travel throughout Mexico about the new Barbacoa house concept, it became increasingly more popular.
Today, Pedro is the proud Restaurant Manager of the second location in El Paso, TX which opened roughly four years ago. Holding on to his family's traditional core values of customer service and the authentic Mexican Barbacoa cuisine they've served up for years, Pedro Ramos is taking Barbacoa Los Cuatro Vientos to the top in the United States.
